Our Policy for refunds only will be acceptable once contacted via email

All personalised and custom items are made to order and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless proven to be faulty. 

To qualify for a refund it must be:

·         Peeling with in 7 days with receiving item

·         Wrong spelling

·         Not worn

No refund will be done on personalised items as they are customised for you only.

No refund will be done if you ordered the wrong size. Please take good care in picking sizes. They are True to Size.

No refund will be giving if items are taking long during Covid-19. Suppliers are working on minimal staff and trying to get orders out  as quickly as possible. Please select the correct shipping you need to receive you items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Sale items 
Sale items cannot be refunded
